Im pretty sure Tb infection cannot be spread from person to person until it is ACTIVE and becomes a disease but i just wanna be 100% sure.. help??

You are correct. Latent TB (and 90% of people who have TB are latent) - cannot be transmitted. TB is transmitted through the air through tiny aerosol droplets, just like the flu
