im filipino and it seems like every filipino is positive for it but don't really have tb. and i said yes to this question which disqualified me but requested a waivered. they set up a chest xray for me, and i know it will come up negative because i dont have it, so will that help me in any way??

waivers can take 6 months before they come back yay or nay. No lie.

As long as you Test Positive... you will not get a waiver... As TB is a extremely bad communicable disease...

Most Filippinos test positive for TB. Once they review your cheat X ray and see you don't have it they will medically clear you. It takes 1-3 weeks to get reviewed once the doctor has the x ray in hand
