My friend has been diagnosed with tuberculosis of lymph nodes after having FNAC for neck swelling though he never had any symptoms like cough, fever, etc. He has to take 4 medications for 6 months. Medications are standard isoniazide, rifampicin, pyrdimine n one more perhaps ethambutol.
