No, Brief exposure to a source of TB rarely infects a person. It's day-after-day close contact that usually does it. He also would have to have an active case of TB.

If you sure he's not TB active, then my answer would be : no, you can't. But if you not sure, statistically : he has to be in TB treatment for at least a month, so he can't spread TB (dormant). For smoker, sometimes need more time than usual. Pulmonary TB commonly spread through dropplet, whenever he cough and speak. In very rare case, if you swallow infectious mucus when your immunity low. I don't think you'll get TB from sharing cigarette. But there still chance you'll get TB from dropplet. You better consume vitamin to boost your immune system. If you still worry, go see your doctor 3 month later. And aware TB sign : weight loss, night sweat, chronic cough, febris, etc.

Unlikely. However, you are sharing saliva with this individual. You can get meningitis, Epstein-Barr Virus (mononucleosis), and a host of other saliva-borne diseases.

If he has extrapulmonary TB or he is on treatment for over a month, he is not contagious. Don't worry
